Just in time for Christmas, the coziest and richest time of the year, The Cairo Opera Orchestra kick off their performance of the internationally famed Russian ballet, The Nutcracker. If you’re looking for something different and entertaining to do after working hours, this sounds like a plan.
The performance opening will be held at the Grand Theater, today at 8 p.m. as part of the opera’s Christmas and New Year’s celebrations and will run until December the 30th, 2018.
“The Nutcracker” is based on E.T.A. Hoffmann’s 1816 fairy tale “The Nutcracker and the Mouse King.”
