There have been many complaints in Cairo this week about Uber Egypt not functioning as it usually does. Users have reported being unable to sign into their accounts, book rides and enter a destination for where they are headed.
Social media comments have been spreading like wildfire with complaints about the service. Uber’s competitor, Careem, seems to be operating as usual with no complaints, unfortunately scoring loyal Uber customers on their side.
We are still waiting on an official statement from Uber Egypt.
