According to the United Nations, World Tourism Organization‘s 2018 issuing on global travel and tourism, Egypt has been marked as the fastest growing tourist destination in terms of visitors’ turnout.
“The tourism and marketing policy in Africa is undergoing radical changes, including creating an international coalition between different agencies and companies,” Tarek Nabil, Assistant of Tourism Minister, said.
Moreover, the parliament’s Committee of African Affairs conducted a meeting directed by parliamentarian Tarek Radwan, with the purpose of creating a well-studied plan to enhance African-Egyptian tourism.
According to conducted recent statistics, the Ministry of Tourism also expects Egypt to be one of the most visited countries in 2019.
