Egypt to Import 240k Tons of Wheat from Ukraine and Romania

From the 20th of May to the 5th of June, Egypt’s General Authority for Supply Commodities stated that 240,000 tons of wheat will be delivered to Egypt from Ukraine and Romania. The contract organizing the delivery had been signed since last Friday.

Egypt will import 180,000 tons of wheat from Romania and 60,000 tons from Ukraine according to a statement by the GASC (General Authority for Supply Commodities).
