Reality or fantasy?

For the first time in medical history,

Doctors discovered a cure for cancer  without any need for surgery or radiotherapy.

Rectal cancer patients took a drug called dostarlimab for six months

in a very small trial conducted by doctors at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York,

and the experiment resulted in the complete disappearance of their tumours and no major side effects from the drug.

Dostarlimab is an immunotherapy drug used to treat endometrial cancer,

but this was the first clinical investigation into whether it could be effective against rectal cancer tumours.

Despite the small number of participants in this experiment,

everyone is optimistic about the future outcomes of this drug,

which will become one of the world’s most important medical discoveries.
