You hop online and start to search for professionals around your area, and you find some that you think would understand you and be able to help you with your problems, but they’re always so expensive.
Sadly due to everything being so expensive in Egypt because of the current state of economy and how the country doesn’t acknowledge mental illness as a not so serious issue, here’s a list of therapists that will cost you 500 LE or less. And yes, I’m perfectly aware that 500 LE shouldn’t be considered as ‘affordable’ whatsoever, and it is a problem Egypt needs to fix ASAP.
Kamal Abousaada
Abousaada provides individual, couple and group psychotherapy.
